Entrepreneur & mother of two, Sakshi Chhabra Mittal started Foodhak after beating a rare liver disease through transitioning to a vegan based diet.
Foodhak uses technology, sustainability, food science and nutrition to create health focused Ayurvedic dishes. The foods are low GI, anti-inflammatory, alkaline, free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar (but most of all, they taste delicious!).
