Richard is the new Chief Executive at the Vegetarian Society, the world’s oldest formed in 1847. He was previously Deputy Chief Executive at the campaigning charity Keep Britain Tidy, He was vegetarian for 30 years and is now vegan. He takes a keen interest in wider environmental issues and protecting the rights of animals.
