My name is Danielle Maupertuis, I am a Vegan Pastry Chef, worked as Executive Pastry Chef for 5 stars hotels in the UK and abroad.

I created a range of vegan desserts based on taste and presentation. My challenge is to convince people vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic!

Teacher at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School and author of a cookbook “Vegans deserve better than a fruit salad”, Olympia Publishers.

I regularly take part in Vegan Shows, writer in vegan magazines and speaker in the RHS Flower Shows “How to use plants, flowers and herbs in vegan pastry”.
