Winner of Coeliac UK Chef of the Year award Christine is well known for her expertise in free from cooking, nutrition, healthy eating and developing health foods, products and recipes. Christine works with a range of leading corporates providing nutritional expertise, webinars, seminars and one to one consultations.
Christine regularly appears on TV and radio as a nutritional expert and chef. She is a a writer for many national magazines and newspapers and has published over 16 recipe and health books including her latest books My Kids Can’t Eat That, The Brain Boost Diet and The Gut Health Diet, endorsed by Dr Mark Hyman from the Institute Of Functional Medicine USA.
