Our second stage within the Allergy & Free From Show, the Education Stage, focuses on education within allergies and intolerance and answering the most complex questions for those affected.

The biggest feature at the Allergy & Free From Show is the Inspiration Stage. It's the place to be inspired by some of the biggest names in the Allergy and Free From world with a top line up of speakers across the two days.

Our second largest feature at the Allergy & Free From Show, showcasing exciting and innovative cookery live throughout the two days with different chefs and a huge range of recipes using allergen-free ingredients.

In 2024, we have a new feature within the Allergy and Free From Show to ensure that the vegan and vegetarian dietary needs do not go unmissed over the weekend.

The Skin Clinic is dedicated to visitors who have skin-related allergies, such as eczema or dermatitis herpetiformis.

Chilled, yet entertaining, the Family Area will be hosted by Kyle Dine of Equal Eats and Natalie Hopkins of The Allergy Badge to provide our younger visitors the opportunity to play, listen to story time, join in musical sing-alongs and have fun whilst spending time at the Allergy & Free From Show. Parents and carers will also get the opportunity to speak to experts, get advice and training and network with others in a similar situation to them.
